As a working mom, I know that my ultimate help comes from my Heavenly Father. I am always learning how to totally lean on him and allow show me how to be a great wife, mom, and employee. His strength enables me to do what I love and His instructions guide me when I need to shift my focus and priorities.

From Foster Child to Foster Mom, Encouragement for Foster Families
Over fifty children graced my home during the seven years I was a foster mom in North Carolina. Some for just a few hours, or a weekend, and others for extended periods of time. The love and time my husband and kids invested in these children contributed to us being voted foster parents of the year by our county’s Department of Social Services.
Encouragement for the Overwhelmed Mom
Hey Momma, there is no rush to win a race. We are not running against time, competing against others, or getting some special award for the most accomplished. In the end, there is only the quality of time that we put into raising the precious babies the Lord has given us to train up.
What Us Moms Really Need for Christmas
My point is that as moms, we are always happy to get the gifts we receive. And, I know most of us would say, the real blessings are the givers! We truly believe that material things are not the best things in life. With that in mind, I'd like to submit to you the list of what we all really need this Christmas and hopefully it encourages you.
