How to Encourage Others Spiritually

On May 29, 2019March 19, 2022 By arricahessIn Growing Our Faith13 Comments

We were called to live life together, to bear another's burdens, to encourage them, lift them up, and even humble ourselves to put their needs before our own. Hebrews 10:24 reminds us to "consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.” Being a cheerleader is an important job and we need more of them in Christian church.

This past year has brought some big transitions and changes to the life of my family. I don’t deal too well with change and when I start to stress or flounder, I need scripture to hold in my heart and mind. If you are facing similar circumstances, this post is for you. #summermemoryversechallenge is on! It's so true. 🤣 What about my stuff tsa? #saturdaysilly #justforfun #itmademelaugh #summermemoryversechallenge starts next week. Have you printed your free scripture cards? This is what the judges of Israel and other great leaders of the faith knew: in their own strength, they were not able, but with God, ordinary people can do extraordinary things. Othniel was committed to upholding justice and righteousness. He sought to establish a just society where God’s law was followed and where oppression and injustice were overcome. His commitment to justice served as a guiding principle in his leadership. This is our last week in the study of #thebookofjudges. This made me laugh because my daughter is convinced the one bee she saw last week is always waiting outside the back door to get her so she refuses to go out there and has been sitting on the front porch when I send her outside. 🤣 #memoryverseoftheweek
